Ordered lenses 2 weeks ago and absolutely no communication. Have emailed several times no response. Used chat feature that has told me for the last week they will be sent that day and they haven't. No out of office on their email or on their website saying they are closed so no idea why no responses? Used to buy lenses all the time and had no issues what so ever. Until now.. Will call 0800 number today but am not impressed with lack of communication.. Update - called 0800 number left message. Surprise surprise no reply to my call. Tried chatbot again and managed to get an actual person who was dismissive and rude. They weren't interested in listening, advised that my lenses weren't in stock and that the website was wrong. Ignored the lack of communication and lack of closure information on their website and gave no apology. I ended up canceling my order as was told it would be another 3 weeks until they arrived.
